The No BS Pillow has a convenient zipper design that lets you customize both height and firmness. Just add or remove the extra PP cotton filling included, then fluff it into the rounded, barrel shape that supports your neck and shoulders.

• Depth: 14″
• Default Height: Around 9½″
  (However, you can adjust this by adding or removing fill.) A standard pillowcase fits just fine

The adjustable, barrel‑shape design supports side, back, and stomach sleepers equally well. Its round contour fills the gap between your neck and shoulders for any position.

The pillow ships vacuum-sealed. When you open it, let it expand for up to 2 hours, then fluff and shape it. You’ll also find an extra bag of filling for future adjustments

It’s not machine washable. Instead, spot-clean as needed (using a pillowcase helps keep it clean).

Give it at least five nights to fully conform to your shape. The company suggests using it for up to 7 days while adjusting the fill.
