We successfully finished our Kickstarter campaign in November 2023. We are fully in stock now and ready to ship. No BS Pillow will be shipped out from our NY warehouse to your location anywhere in the US.

What is your return policy?

Please sleep on your No BS Pillow™ and make adjustments until you feel it works best for you. Take a few weeks and experiment with a different filling amount if you’re not comfortable at first. If you’ve tried and still aren’t satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to process a return. Please read the FAQ "Is the No BS Pillow adjustable?"to help you with customizing your pillow to meet your needs.

What do I need to do after opening my pillow package?

Your pillow has been vacuum-sealed to save space. Please cut open the plastic carefully. Please allow up to 2 hours for the pillow to fully expand. Then use your hands to fluff and form the pillow to its intended barrel shape.

You have full control over the firmness. With the convenient zipper opening, take out some of the filling for a softer feel or to lower the height. Add some of the extra filling for a firmer feel or to raise the height. Please keep your extra filling in case you need to make adjustments in the future.

Is the No BS Pillow™ adjustable?

Yes, it has a convenient zipper allowing for full customization. If you would like to get a firmer feel or increase the pillow height, just add some of the extra filling that comes with your No BS Pillow™. If you would like to get a softer feel or lower the pillow height, just take out some of the pillow filling until it feels perfect for you. Save your extra bag of filling in case you need to make adjustments in the future.

What type of sleeper is this pillow best suited for?

The No BS Pillow™ is created for all sleep position types due to its adjustability. It is suited for side, stomach and back sleepers.

Does it come with extra filling?

Yes, the No BS Pillow™ comes with a bag of extra fill.

What is the pillow made of?

Cover: 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex

Filling: 100% PP Cotton

Is this a cooling pillow?

No, but it’s also not a heating pillow. The No BS Pillow™ was created with your comfort in mind. It is soft, plush and supportive.

Can I use it without a pillow case?

We can’t tell you what to do in your own home. However, we’d advise you to use a pillow case to keep it clean. A standard size pillow case will fit the pillow just fine.

Can I put it in the washing machine?

It should not be washed in a washing machine. Using a pillow case will keep the pillow itself clean, but if it should happen to need cleaning, please spot clean with a damp cloth.

When it’s cold will the pillow be firmer?

No. The No BS Pillow™ is not affected by temperature swings. You will have the same comfortable and supportive feeling during any temperature.

How will it be shipped to me?

We have made shipment arrangements with common carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS to ship your No BS Pillow.

How can this pillow help me sleep better?

The No BS Pillow™ is designed with a barrel shape. This rounded shape conforms to the curvature of your neck and shoulders, giving you the optimal balance of comfort and support for a restful night.
