Please sleep on your No BS Pillow™ and make adjustments until you feel it works best for you. Take a few weeks and experiment with a different filling amount if you’re not comfortable at first. If you’ve tried and still aren’t satisfied, please email us within 30 days of purchase to process a return/refund. Please read the FAQ "Is the No BS Pillow adjustable?" to help you with customizing your pillow to meet your needs.
